Love To See Where The Money Goes

I for one would love to see where the money goes. Massive development levy increases, burgeoning land transfer tax revenue, and a huge increase in property values (which increases property taxes) should have swelled the ‘treasury’. We have the worst roads I have seen anywhere. How is that? I have blown two tires in the last four months due to gaping unavoidable pot holes. It’s like gophers have taken over Toronto.
