This is not the solution. Perhaps the Mayor and Councillor Cressy should take a stroll down King Street West on a Thursday night. It’s now a ghost town, and the bars and restaurants are virtually empty. The suffering of these businesses is obvious. Owners and employees are hurting. There is only one solution. The city needs to amend the program to allow for cars in non-rush hour periods. This is absolutely a total ban on cars.
