January 23rd 2017: 792 units*
January 22nd 2018: 789 units*
We are in a tighter market currently than last year. This looks like a serious seller market forming for spring. Prices will rise.
*(C01, C02, C03, C08, C09, C10, C11) area bounded by Eglington, Dufferin, the DVP, and Lake Ontario.
