CIBC Anchor Tenant for Bay Park Centre

This is a great addition to Toronto’s skyline. Another large commercial complex getting built. This new CIBC building will consolidate 20 current locations into one. Guess why? The huge amount of talented young people downtown. We can thank the new development condo industry for that.
