Stop Wynne From Gutting the OMB

Excellent article by Margaret Wente, sums up many issues regarding Toronto’s real estate scene. What’s missing is Kathleen Wynne’s gutting of the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) to satisfy the NIMBY’s in Toronto. The 18-24 month wait to get a hearing has just contributed to the current shortage of real estate. Her current agenda to totally dismantle the OMB will just make matters worse across Ontario. All of this agenda is making it more expensive to buy and rent in Toronto and environs. Stop her from gutting the OMB!
