Since Assistant Professor Josh Gordon has weighed in on my recent CBC interview, I thought I would reproduce a response to an article he had published in The Globe and Mail in September 2016. My comments to his thoughts are highlighted in blue. Foreign investors are not responsible for our price escalation and they were not responsible for those in Vancouver. Everyone loves a scapegoat.
