Condo Inventory Update

This week the MLS condo inventory is down 57% over the same period last year in Central Toronto (C01, 02, 03, 08, 09, 10, 11; areas bounded by Eglinton, Lake Ontario, Dufferin, and the DVP). Just stating the obvious here: the City of Toronto planning department has created a catastrophic supply issue. Increase the supply, price increases will slow down. We need a faster planning process and significantly higher densities now!
