Demographic Shift

According to recent census data, more people are now single in Canada than married with children. This is very good for the continued growth of Toronto’s condominium market and the development of the city’s core. When asking yourself as to who is buying all those condos, this represents a large part of the answer. If the singles aren’t buying, then they certainly will be renting. Either way, all of this reinforces the inevitability of a healthy condo marketplace.
