The California dream has gone sour –

City councillors, planners and NIMBYs have totally fucked up Los Angeles and San Francisco by squashing density in their cities. Sound familiar? What am I missing here? Why are all of these people the same type of dimwits who think a finger in a dike will stop the flood.
