Another Total Load on Condo ‘Flips’

Another total load on condo ‘flips’! Are we living in Stalin’s Soviet Union? Why are we talking about this? Realtors must disclose ownership to buyers. If they don’t, then they need to be fined and/or have their licence suspended. Sellers must pay taxes on profits. If they don’t then CRA will pursue them. Outside of this what’s to look at? We are going to tell a seller who they can their property to? This is absolute madness.
