Premier Wynne’s number one focus should be to re-staff the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) so that developers and property owners have a level headed impartial place to bring their disagreements with the City of Toronto Planning Department and rate payers. Her lack of commitment to this agenda is a huge contributor to skyrocketing condo prices in the central core of Toronto.
