I love the odd pint, and Hamilton is a hotspot for independent craft beer brewing. Clifford Brewing, Collective Arts, Nickel Brook, Garden Brewing and Hamilton Brewing all operate out of Hamilton. Nickel Brook Brewing Co. and Collective Arts Brewing have recently collaborated to create Arts and Science Brewing, an incredible space for enjoying both beer and the arts. Located in Hamilton’s redeveloping west harbour they have opened a 50,000 square foot building which includes a brewery, an art gallery, and a live music space.
