Condo prices to go up in 2017

Last year at this time there were 2125 condos for sale on MLS (Central Districts C0-1,2,3,8,9,10,11). This year there are 1123, a 47% drop. Anyone who dreams of lower prices needs to wake up. Prices are going up in 2017!
